I'm looking to lead or support nursing teams delivering evidence-based, coordinated patient care, with opportunities to improve operations, mentor staff, and strengthen safe discharge planning.

I've led nursing teams across PACS Hillsboro, Laurels of Hillsboro, Forest Hills Care Center, and Caresprings, coordinating patient care, documentation, discharge planning, and daily unit operations.

As Director of Nursing at Forest Hills Care Center, I led evidence-based care practices, quality assurance programs, operational initiatives, and employee recognition efforts to strengthen patient care and teamwork.

In charge nurse roles, I assess patients, review clinical documentation, collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams, and use InterQual data to support safe discharge planning and reduce avoidable readmissions.
