I seek a remote nursing leadership role where I can apply quality improvement, regulatory expertise, and team development to improve outcomes and patient experience.

I am an experienced registered nurse and nursing leader with a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a long history of directing clinical services, quality programs, and operational improvement across acute and long-term care settings.

Throughout my career I have led quality measurement, infection prevention, wound programs, QAPI design, documentation audits, and care transition initiatives that reduced readmissions and improved patient and family satisfaction. I leverage LEAN, Six Sigma, RCA and Kaizen methods alongside financial oversight, staffing design, and partnership with providers and payers to safeguard reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

I am committed to mentorship, talent development, and building cultures of accountability and service excellence; I have owned discharge and medication reconciliation processes for CMS/HFAP compliance, opened specialty units, and served as an EMR champion to hardwire sustainable practice change.
