I am an Assistant Director of Nursing with over two years of experience in managing patient care and quality improvement initiatives. Since 2018, I have practiced nursing in various healthcare settings, with a strong focus on long-term care for the past four years. My commitment to excellence drives me to develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures that enhance patient outcomes and staff experiences.

In my current role at The Brazos of Waco, I successfully manage the daily operations of a busy healthcare facility, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to ensure the highest quality of patient care. My previous experience at Waco Healthcare and Rehab further honed my leadership skills, where I developed and monitored nursing staff operations and managed infection control protocols. I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff, ensuring that all nursing competencies are met.
