What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead learner-focused digital learning programs where instructional design, process improvement, and responsible innovation (including generative AI) directly improve learning outcomes and business impact—within collaborative, growth-oriented teams.

I’m a digital learning leader with 10+ years of experience designing high-impact online programs for global universities and enterprise clients. I’m known for delivering learner-centric solutions that align both pedagogical and business objectives, while bringing clarity and momentum to cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.

I’ve led instructional design teams and program workflows across online courses and accelerators, including Coursera-linked delivery for university partners. I also helped develop and implement an “AI-assisted product model” to accelerate content creation, and I contributed to exploring generative AI learning design use cases—always with a focus on process improvement, coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous refinement of instructional quality.
