What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead M&A, corporate development, investment evaluation, and commercial strategy work, particularly across energy, LNG, infrastructure, and growth opportunities.

At Prime Energy Resources Development, I lead investment evaluation, M&A execution, and commercial strategy for upstream oil and gas and energy infrastructure opportunities across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

I've built investment cases, financial models, and due diligence workstreams for oil field acquisitions, LNG supply arrangements, and infrastructure opportunities. I also lead LNG spot cargo procurements supporting 2 GW of gas-fired generation capacity and negotiate long-term LNG supply agreements with international suppliers.

As a CFA and CPA, I bring transaction execution, valuation, capital raising, strategic planning, and board-level analysis across energy, infrastructure, real estate, banking, and advisory.
