What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Case Manager or Program Manager role where I can lead client-centered services, support people or customers service

I'm currently leading a compassionate shelter team at The Salvation Army, overseeing advocates, operations, client services, program goals, records, and housing-resource connections.

Previously, I supported people experiencing homelessness as a Housing Case Manager and Advocate, helping with housing applications, documentation, intakes, wellness checks, basic needs, crisis support, and barrier removal.

My background also includes more than 10 years as a hairstylist, where I built client relationships, managed business operations, and focused on personalized service. I'm pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Management and want to keep helping people build a better tomorrow.
