What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can manage supportive housing or health-related programs, lead multidisciplinary teams, and expand trauma-informed services while contributing to stable housing outcomes and grant-funded program growth.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with progressive non-profit program and case management experience focused on supportive housing and services for vulnerable populations. I lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and coordinate community and clinical partnerships to improve housing retention and client well-being.

My experience includes managing Food Access programming across 14 family supportive housing sites, overseeing procurement and distribution operations, and documenting program data for grants and quality improvement. I have conducted housing assessments, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with psychiatric and nursing partners to support residents.

I am committed to trauma-informed care and collaborative problem solving, with a track record of improving program operations, supervising diverse staff (including Peer Recovery Specialists and Program Coordinators), and maintaining compliance with HMIS and grant requirements.
