At Sotheby’s, I lead global payment operations for fine art, rare jewelry, and collector automobiles across live, online, and private sales. I oversee client payments, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and global travel operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
I centralized global payroll onto ADP Celergo, implemented Concur Expense Management, and delivered a “No PO No Pay” policy within an eight-month, $5M program. I also led cost-control, vendor renegotiation, and workflow automation initiatives that reduced global headcount by 17% and company costs by 14%.
My work has included building banking relationships with JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, and American Express; managing liquidity, FX, audit readiness, and high-value transactions; and leading teams across finance, operations, and compliance. Earlier, I supported Lévy Gorvy’s expansion into Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Seoul and managed treasury, finance, HR, IT, and operations as CFO at St. Charles New York.
