What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support people and daily operations through classroom coverage, customer service, staff training, supervision, and dependable hands-on assistance.

I've supported Shawnee Mission School District, Kansas City Kansas Public Schools, and Catholic schools as an emergency substitute teacher, stepping in for absent teachers and keeping classrooms on track.

I record attendance, distribute and assist with assignments, escort students to special classes, and handle cafeteria and dismissal duties. I've worked across multiple school districts and traveled to many schools as needed.

Previously, I supervised collections call centers at Debt Control Center and Zouire Marketing. I recruited and trained 24 employees at Debt Control Center and 15 debt collectors at Zouire Marketing, covering collections processes, customer service, settlements, payments, credit repair, and compliance training.

I've also contributed in retail warehouse fulfillment and nursing care dining services, including cashier support, inventory unloading, food service, sanitation, and appliance temperature checks.
