What I'm looking for

I’m available immediately and looking for a Change/ITSM leadership role where I can own end-to-end change governance (CAB, risk, FOSoC, PIR), improve service stability, and enable transformation across complex, multi-site environments—open to UK remote and international work.

I’m a results-driven Change Manager with 15+ years delivering end-to-end change governance across critical infrastructure, construction, and professional services environments. I’m certified in Digital Change Management (CDCMP) and ITIL 4, and I focus on consistently protecting service stability while enabling business and technology transformation.

Across multi-site operations, I own the full change lifecycle—from change risk assessment and impact analysis to post-implementation review (PIR). I chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, manage the Forward Schedule of Change, and enforce ITIL-aligned governance to prevent unplanned outages caused by poorly controlled changes.

I build change visibility and performance reporting for leadership, tracking change success rates, failed changes, and emergency change volumes to drive continuous improvement. In technology transition programmes, I also maintain CMDB accuracy so CAB decision-making is grounded in reliable configuration data.
