I'm currently coordinating IT requirements, process improvements, and digital workplace topics for major projects at Ed. Züblin AG. I serve as the central interface between project teams, end users, and external providers.

I plan, procure, and commission hardware, workplace, and meeting-room technology while coordinating WAN/WLAN, storage/server, and LTE/5G deployments. I also support MDM and digital solutions that improve operational and project workflows.

Previously, at Vorsicher GmbH, I installed and supported wireless alarm and video surveillance systems nationwide, managed structured issue resolution, and used Zoho CRM daily for customer, service, and operational workflows. At Hemmersbach and Trans4mation, I led and supported enterprise Windows migration refreshes, workplace technology deployments, 1st/2nd-level support, and HP, Lenovo, and Dell repairs.

I'm available for flexible remote part-time or freelance work, including technical support, operations, AI evaluation/training, and selected e-commerce projects.
