What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a collaborative role in logistics, IT support or customer service where I can apply my organisational, technical and communication skills, contribute to process improvements, and grow into greater responsibility within a stable, team-oriented company.

I am a pragmatic logistics and IT support professional with hands-on experience coordinating processes, warehouse operations and customer-facing support across logistics, retail and temporary IT assignments.

I have contributed to planning and executing marketing campaigns, supported event organization and created promotional materials while also providing technical troubleshooting and phone-based customer support. In warehouse and logistics roles I organized incoming goods, picking and shipping processes and ensured structured inventory management.

I bring very good Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, electrotechnical understanding and a solutions-oriented mindset; I work reliably in teams and seek to apply and expand my technical and organisational abilities.
