With over 7 years of experience in international trade, I specialize in inside sales and customer success, primarily serving clients in the food industry. My career has allowed me to collaborate with partners and customers across Asia, America, and Europe, utilizing various communication methods including phone, video, and email.

As a team leader, I have successfully trained 13 new co-workers and have been actively involved in internal training sessions covering essential topics such as cargo types and Incoterms.
