I bring 10 years of experience in International Trade, Supply Chain, and global operations in Brazil and Australia, focused on reducing costs and maximizing business results through end-to-end execution. I have direct experience with the export of animal protein (chicken, beef, and fish), including sanitary documentation and international certifications (Health, Halal, Organic).

Across my roles, I’ve served as a focal point between clients, suppliers, and internal teams—leading international negotiations, supplier management, logistical coordination, regulatory compliance, and documentation control. I’ve also contributed to strategic operational improvements such as ERP migration (Totvs → SAP B1), process standardization, demand planning, and inventory vs. demand analysis to prevent production shortages.
