What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote roles (Brazil/LATAM) in B2B Customer Success and Customer Operations, and in International Trade, including import, export, customs clearance, and trade.

At Aboissa Commodity Brokers, I followed international commodity operations from contract close to payment confirmation, accompanying more than 30 shipments. I tracked schedules and contracts, reviewed shipping documents, and followed international payments and commissions.

I also researched market news, updated prices in Reuters, and prepared client updates connecting market conditions with price movements. In bilingual client follow-up, I coordinated with operators, suppliers, buyers, and carriers to address quality issues and delays.

At JEM Systems, I managed a B2B customer portfolio for the eastern United States, following orders from processing through delivery. I investigated backorder delays with logistics and kept customers informed as their orders progressed.
