What I'm looking for

I am seeking a job that offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment. I value opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies. I am particularly interested in roles that involve customer support, CRM administration, and bug resolution.

I am a Computer Engineering undergraduate with a strong passion for technology and communication. I believe that my combination of technical skills and interpersonal abilities gives me a unique advantage in fields related to communication technology and user interaction.

Currently, I work as a Product Support Engineer at Viasat, where I provide customer support for Internet service customers. In this role, I administer the Viasat Forum, optimize system performance, and integrate languages and adjustments. I also collaborate with my team to identify and resolve bugs and errors that impact multiple customers on the network. Additionally, I am responsible for training new team members and creating comprehensive guides.

Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Support Agent at MoGi Group, where I provided gameplay, billing, account, and technical support. I also assessed and addressed toxic activities and investigated bug reports. I utilized ticketing CRMs and contributed to the development of a knowledge base to assist other agents.

In my current position at Viasat and previous role at MoGi Group, I have gained valuable experience in CRM administration, customer support, bug resolution, and team collaboration. I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in the technology industry.
