I’m a versatile business development leader with 15 years of experience across strategic planning, sales growth, and partnership management. I’ve built go-to-market strategies and managed the full cycle—from lead identification to partnership execution and CRM-driven follow-through.

Since 2017, I’ve been self-employed, developing business development and growth strategies for local and international clients. I manage e-commerce and online marketing, and I act as a consultant to foster growth and sustainability for partners and stakeholders.

Earlier, I served as Sales and Business Development Manager for Arsnova, where I developed go-to-market strategy for an e-platform and oversaw end-to-end execution, including lead identification and partnership management. I also led sales and business development at Studio Moderna, managing long-term B2B partnerships and retail performance across a LANAK portfolio of five stores.

At Studio Moderna, I led a team of 10 and owned budget planning, growth direction, and stock management. I also worked as a Project Manager for Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, managing complex international projects for MPs and producing briefing materials and concept notes that advanced business development across strategic objectives.
