What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a customer service role where I can gain experience and knowledge in cloud infrastructure and AI, and develop a remote career path. I’m open to learning technical knowledge.

At Westlake Compounds Vietnam, I acted as a first contact point for customers and internal teams coordinating export orders to Australia, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka. I achieved 95% OTIF and 90% on-time document delivery.

I maintained 100% order accuracy in SAP and partnered with Accounting to reduce collection days by 17%. I also supported cross-functional teams resolving complaints, helping improve NPS from 60% in 2024 to 65% in 2025.
