I'm seeking a Customer Service and Ocean Documentation role in a global shipping environment where I can apply accurate documentation, customs declaration, bilingual communication, and fast learning.

I've supported ocean freight documentation at BEST CARE SHIPPING, reviewing and auditing 10–15 export-import document sets weekly, including B/Ls, invoices, packing lists, and C/Os.

I use ECUS5-VNACCS for customs declarations and resolve documentation discrepancies quickly to meet strict cut-off times.

Previously at SIMBA TOYS VIETNAM, I maintained 99–100% inventory data accuracy across 100+ SKUs while supporting Vietnamese and international customers in English and Vietnamese.
