What I'm looking for

I'm seeking public management, governance, or development work where I can lead accountable donor-funded programs, strengthen monitoring systems, build cross-sector partnerships, and contribute to evidence-based policy and youth development.

I've led multi-year, multi-million-peso donor-funded governance and youth development programs at the Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking, overseeing fund utilization, compliance monitoring, performance reporting, and audit-ready documentation for EU, SIDA, NED, OPIC, and Oxfam-funded initiatives.

I'm now a College Instructor IV at National Teachers College, where I manage structured student and compliance data systems and prepare reports that support institutional accountability. Alongside my Master of Public Management studies, I bring experience in policy research, stakeholder engagement, training, and evidence-based advocacy through national and regional youth governance platforms.
