Monica Mariano

I am a dedicated educator and youth development professional with a Bachelor of Science in Education (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health) from Ateneo de Zamboanga University. I bring hands-on student teaching experience and a strong foundation in 21st-century pedagogy, lesson planning, assessment, and classroom technology integration.

I have served as a Barangay councilor and Sangguniang Kabataan chairperson, where I led youth programs, sports development committees, budget planning, and public reporting. I launched and managed a strategic social media presence to increase civic engagement and continuity of programs during limited in-person interaction.

As an Executive Assistant at a luxury travel agency, I supported executive-level operations, itinerary creation, client communications, and vendor coordination, using tools such as Travefy, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ADX. I am certified in HubSpot inbound methodology and comfortable with collaborative remote tools like Zoom and Slack.

I am organized, a fast learner, and skilled in public speaking, project planning, and research-driven problem solving. I seek roles where I can combine my education background, youth development experience, and administrative strengths to drive community impact and program growth.
