What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can advise managers and employees confidently, manage complex employee life cycles and HR system data, and handle accurate payroll processing while improving policies and service delivery.

I have worked in HR and Recruitment for many years, delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. I bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a reputation for handling sensitive, confidential casework with accuracy and discretion.

In my current role as an HR Advisor / People Advisor, I provide expert advice on all HR topics for managers and staff, serving as the primary frontline contact for employee inquiries. I support employee relations, manage HR inboxes, guide users through HR systems, run reports, and ensure data integrity through accurate employee information management and change requests.

I also handle end-to-end onboarding and compliance activities (including CIFAS, SIRA, DBS, and Right to Work checks) while managing complex payroll queries, payroll changes, and approvals with strong understanding of taxation and statutory law. Previously, I combined recruitment and HR administration and managed payroll submissions and HMRC processing, strengthening my ability to deliver both people-focused support and operational excellence.
