I am looking for a role that allows me to advocate for social justice and contribute to organizational development.

I am a motivated and committed professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service supervision, union representation, and youth leadership. As a Certified Accounting Technician, I have a strong background in workplace advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and administration. My passion lies in contributing to organizational development and social justice.

In my previous role as a Customer Service Supervisor at Game Store, I supervised daily operations, resolved escalated customer concerns, and mentored junior employees. Additionally, I served as a Shop Steward, representing employees in grievances and advocating for improved working conditions.
