What I'm looking for

I am looking for a fully remote, long-term position where I can grow with a supportive team. I value clear communication, organization, and helping the company achieve its goals. I am available to work in SAST (GMT+2) and overlap with US time zones. I have a quiet home office with reliable internet.

At Econet Telecom Lesotho, I work as a Sales Agent, drawing on my experience in customer-facing telecommunications sales and customer service.

Before that, I worked as a Stock Clerk at ShopRite (048377), handling retail stock.

I also worked as a Casual Assistant at Pepstores (6186).

I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Lerotholi Polytechnic. My skills include customer service, MS Office, persuasive selling, and conflict management.
