I am an IT Support Technician with hands-on experience in network configuration, systems administration, and end-user support across government and telecom environments. I have installed and configured routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, Cisco VoIP phones, and Microsoft Windows servers, and I regularly manage Active Directory and DHCP scopes.

At the Ministry of Communications Science and Technology I supported the Lesotho Government Data Network, connecting over ten new sites nationwide and ensuring interoperability with Cisco devices; at Econet Telecom Lesotho I provide desktop and second‑level support, maintain hardware and software inventories, and meet service-level targets for incident resolution.

I hold a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and am pursuing an Advanced Diploma; I focus on reliable network operations, timely fault diagnosis, and practical solutions that improve uptime and user satisfaction.
