I am a dedicated Systems Support Officer with extensive experience in configuring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications. My career spans over a decade, during which I have honed my skills in troubleshooting, system administration, and user support. Currently, I work at The Royal Palace in Lesotho, where I investigate and resolve system issues, install software updates, and collaborate with staff to enhance system performance.

Previously, I served in various roles, including as a Computer Systems Officer at the Ministry of Finance, where I managed the Ministry's wireless network and supported users with different systems. My technical expertise is complemented by my ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring that I can provide the best solutions to meet their needs. I have also contributed to the development of innovative systems, such as an online Internet Café Booking System for the National University of Lesotho.
