I’m a proactive IT technician with 7 years of experience in end-user support, specializing in resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I’m known for handling networking issues quickly, implementing new software, installing new hardware, and addressing user concerns with clarity.
As an IT Support consultant (Jan 2024–Present), I diagnose and resolve problems across servers, workstations, and cloud services. I also support cybersecurity measures like firewalls, antivirus, and encryption, while planning and implementing IT upgrades including migrations, virtualization, and VoIP systems.
