What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a systems, IT support, identity and access management, or cybersecurity role where I can improve business operations, resolve technical issues, manage secure access, and continue growing my hands-on security and infrastructure skills.

At PromptMed Urgent Care, I administer and troubleshoot business-critical platforms supporting patient operations, employee workflows, and digital services across four clinic locations.

I manage user accounts, permissions, and access across business systems, investigate technical issues, monitor system data, and coordinate vendor escalations when needed. My work supports reliable patient check-in, communication platforms, website functionality, and operational decision-making.

I've also led digital campaigns, coordinated vendors, analyzed performance data, and managed a team executing social media campaigns. I'm building further cybersecurity and systems knowledge through TryHackMe labs covering Linux, networking, web fundamentals, and security awareness.
