I seek a role where I can lead operations or a service desk, build repeatable processes, mentor technicians, and improve uptime and security in a collaborative environment.

I am a systems administrator and service desk operations lead with 18 years of IT support and operations experience, including nine years running multi-site healthcare IT and nine years in enterprise support. I am known for fast triage, clear stakeholder communication, repeatable fixes, and strong documentation practices.

I have hands-on experience across Windows and macOS endpoints, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VMware ESXi, VoIP platforms (Nextiva and RingCentral), and endpoint security controls such as MFA, encryption, and patching. I built and ran internal service desk operations, designed onboarding and troubleshooting automation tools, and led a small remote IT team.
