I've supported customers at CCI Call Centre (MTN) and Huntswood for ESURE Motor Insurance, handling account, billing, payment, and complaint enquiries across phone, email, and other channels.

At Huntswood, I updated customer records, processed account information accurately, and worked with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently. My customer service experience has strengthened my problem-solving, relationship-building, and remote communication skills.

I've also taught English online with MPC Recruitment's Open English TEFL and Avalon, communicating with learners from diverse backgrounds. I'm interested in applying my attention to detail and instruction-following skills to AI training, data annotation, response evaluation, chatbot testing, content moderation, chat support, or customer experience work.
