I'm looking for an operations, administrative, research, or customer-facing role where I can improve systems, manage accurate information, solve problems independently, and contribute to strong client or guest experiences.

I've supported operations at Dig Cycle & Strength by building organized reporting structures, maintaining high-volume client and instructor records, and auditing data for accuracy.

I restructured scheduling and calendars, coordinated instructor availability, and independently identified systemic issues that leadership integrated into solutions.

Across Mazar Mediterranean Restaurant, Cafe on 27, and The Stand, I've increased sales through thoughtful upselling, personalized service, and efficient front-of-house operations. At Cafe on 27, I helped boost sales by 10% while managing reservations through OpenTable and coordinating service with Toast.
