What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine procurement/operations expertise with customer service—improving workflows, controlling costs, and strengthening compliance—while partnering across teams to deliver measurable results and continuous improvement.

I’m an Operations & Purchasing Specialist with a strong background across program productivity delivery, operations management, and strategic execution. I’ve built a track record in process efficiency, workflow management, and cost reduction, supported by hands-on work managing purchasing and compliance.

In roles spanning commercial and government projects, I’ve managed purchasing, payroll compliance, and billing operations while strengthening administrative processes through continuous improvement. I partner with decision makers to structure tactical plans, identify operational gaps, and implement new workflow processes that improve performance, compliance, and customer service.

I’m also experienced in budget allocation for up to $60M, vendor relationships and contract support, and recruiting/training team members or volunteers for onboarding.
