What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can lead procurement and vendor relationships, support office operations, and strengthen cost control and compliance. I want to use my experience negotiating proposals, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating across teams while continuing to grow.

I’m an administrative business professional who advances organizational success through procurement leadership, efficient operations, and dependable, detail-driven execution. With bilingual strengths and advanced Microsoft Office skills, I bring clarity to complex processes and keep teams aligned to timelines, quality standards, and compliance.

In my most recent role as Subcontractor & Procurement Manager, I manage vendor relations and subcontractor partnerships—researching, onboarding, reviewing, and negotiating proposals across multiple trades. I oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including market research, supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, and contract development to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes.

Earlier, I served as an Office Manager/Sales & Marketing Assistant, supporting sales and operations by managing office maintenance, coordinating proposals and marketing materials, and maintaining Constant Contact email campaigns. I also performed initial research for prospective clients and handled data entry while keeping schedules and communications organized.

As a Preconstruction Coordinator/Accounts Payable/Office & Warranty Manager, I supported purchasing and buyout efforts, coordinated vendor introductions, maintained and audited the vendor database in Sage and Procore, and assisted with accounts payable and annual insurance audits. I’m proud of how I collaborate across management, subcontractors, superintendents, design professionals, and clients to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
