I’m an experienced Contract Operations & Procurement Specialist focused on managing complex procurement lifecycles in highly regulated environments. I coordinate enterprise research and laboratory procurement end-to-end—from intake through order fulfillment and closure—while ensuring compliance and timely project completion.

I manage 250+ active procurement requests simultaneously, sourcing vendors, evaluating supplier quotes, and issuing purchase orders that support cost efficiency and compliance. I serve as the primary liaison among internal teams, laboratories, suppliers, and global distributors to resolve order and logistics issues quickly, while overseeing invoice approvals, procurement documentation, and financial controls.

I also support international shipments by managing HTS codes, ECCN classifications, and trade documentation, and I’ve contributed to supplier onboarding and vendor qualification. Beyond procurement, I’ve coordinated multi-site telecom infrastructure projects as a Construction Project Coordinator and led operational and project controls work—strengthening documentation workflows, training teams, and maintaining procurement documentation and financial reporting.
