I’m an SPHR-certified HR business partner with 15 years of experience embedded with operations leadership across global, multi-site, and unionized environments. I translate business pressure into people decisions leaders can execute—backed by data, not opinion.
I’ve served as primary HRBP to field and regional leaders across 12 locations in three countries, owning employee relations, performance management, succession planning, workforce strategy, and organizational change. I also bring deep Workday HCM fluency to strengthen how organizations plan, report, and configure critical people systems.
Most recently, as a Principal Consultant with Built Bold HR Consulting (remote, US and Canada), I advise leadership teams on workforce strategy, manager capability, employee relations, and organizational structure. I build HR process standardization frameworks, decision playbooks, and manager toolkits to drive consistent people practices—and I lead change management that sustains trust and accelerates adoption.
Earlier, I led labor cost modeling and workforce planning cycles in partnership with Finance and Legal, eliminating approximately $1M in overstaffing risk through data-informed decisions. I also owned end-to-end engagement strategy, managed multi-jurisdictional employee relations matters and investigations, and built manager and leadership programs that connect performance readiness to measurable business outcomes.
