Leah Rose Tottenham
@leahrosetottenham
I create accessible documentation, training, and technical support for WordPress and library technology users.
What I'm looking for
I coordinate support, documentation, and training for LibPress at BC Libraries Cooperative, a WordPress-based SaaS platform used by 70+ public libraries across BC and Manitoba.
I lead the LibPress Manual’s 90+ help articles, deliver quarterly training webinars, create guides on WordPress, custom CSS, and WCAG 2.1 compliance, and manage approximately 15 support tickets each week. I’m also leading beta testing for the WordPress block editor implementation.
Previously at Automattic, I supported Jetpack users through Zendesk and WordPress.org forums, wrote public technical documentation, and achieved a 90% CSAT score. I use support trends and customer feedback to improve self-service content and communicate product issues to development teams.
Across more than 10 years in public libraries, I’ve taught digital literacy and WordPress, supported assistive technology users, and made complex technical processes clear for people with varied access needs and technical confidence.
