I am looking for a role that allows me to continue advocating for vulnerable populations while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

As a dedicated Remote Hotline Operator, I have extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in civil rights advocacy. My journey began at the University of New Orleans, where I honed my skills in communication and client engagement, achieving a GPA of 3.88. I am passionate about providing thoughtful and compassionate assistance to individuals, especially those with disabilities and those who are incarcerated.

Currently, I serve as an Eviction Defense Intake Specialist at The Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center, where I assist clients in navigating complex legal and social systems. My role involves conducting intakes, managing correspondence, and ensuring that clients receive the resources they need. Previously, I worked as a Remote Paralegal and Hotline Operator at Disability Rights Louisiana, where I advocated for individuals with disabilities and streamlined communication between clients and legal staff.
