I am seeking an IT role where I can apply my computing education and hands-on service experience in a collaborative, growth-focused environment, contributing to operational efficiency and learning new technical skills.

I am a dedicated and reliable professional with a strong background in customer service, team management, and education support. I blend practical frontline experience with formal IT training to solve problems and support teams.

I worked as an Online Personal Shopper at Woolworths Group Limited (July 2022–March 2025), managing order fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness. As an Educator with Camp Australia (April 2023–June 2025) I supported learning activities and coordinated with staff to deliver safe, engaging programs. I hold a BSc in Computing and I am pursuing a Master's in Information Technology to further strengthen my technical foundation.

I am tech-savvy, deadline-oriented, and enthusiastic about applying my IT knowledge to operational and technical roles. I seek opportunities where I can contribute to team success, improve processes, and continue learning.
