At Luxprimum, I coordinate operations across 26 locations and manage products and sales performance on four delivery platforms, helping grow monthly sales from approximately 1,000 RON to 60,000 RON. I recruit, onboard, coordinate, and evaluate store teams while improving internal processes, reporting, inventories, and location performance.
