I'm looking for remote Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Business Operations Manager, or Continuous Improvement Manager roles with international, remote-first companies.

At SC Fitofarm Domi SRL, I lead a distributed team of 10 and own the annual regional forecasting cycle, supporting planning through drought, supply shortages, and changing agricultural conditions. I make hiring, performance, and termination decisions, and build KPI reporting in SAP and Power BI for regional planning, logistics, and budgeting.
