What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a career where I can use my experience to optimize business processes and build strong relationships.

At Strata Information Group (SIG), I manage a portfolio of 10–15 clients, cultivate long-term relationships, and design and deploy custom solutions. I also troubleshoot issues and advise clients on Salesforce best practices.

I identify and scope new projects from ongoing support clients to drive revenue growth. At Servio Consulting, LLC, I collaborated with stakeholders to map business processes, tested systems, and facilitated user acceptance testing with clients.

At Servio, I also created administrator-level and end-user documentation and facilitated live training sessions.
