What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product, commercialization, compliance, or operations strategy where I can scale global portfolios, strengthen supplier and quality systems, and turn customer and market opportunities into successful launches.

At Ravensburger North America, I lead commercialization readiness for an 800+ product portfolio across 50+ international markets, building governance, quality, and operational frameworks that support scalable launches.

I manage supplier programs, testing strategies, quality initiatives, and a $500K annual product safety budget, achieving a 10% cost reduction while maintaining regulatory compliance and product safety standards. I work closely with product development, sourcing, manufacturing, licensors, retailers, and executive leadership to reduce risk and improve launch execution.

Previously, I directed end-to-end product development at ThinkFun, managing a 15-person organization across product development, production, and compliance. Across global manufacturing networks, I’ve built supplier partnerships, translated consumer and market insights into product strategies, and strengthened the systems that move products from concept to commercialization.
