At Canadian National Railway, I partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver people-focused solutions. I design and facilitate learning experiences that build adoption, engagement, and capability.

Previously at Ivanhoé Cambridge, I led social impact and inclusion initiatives from planning through implementation and impact measurement. I developed the organization’s first DEI strategy, created practical tools and learning resources, and used feedback and data to improve programs.

My work spans corporate, public-sector, and academic environments, including the Institut national de la recherche scientifique, UQAM, and the International Labour Office. I translate complex needs and concepts into clear, practical solutions while coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder engagement.

I bring over 10 years of experience in relationship management, program delivery, facilitation, change support, and bilingual communication in French and English.
