What I'm looking for

I want a collaborative team where I can lead SEO strategy, coach others, and drive measurable organic growth. I value clear KPIs, cross-department collaboration, process improvement, and chances to influence strategy and proposals.

I am an SEO specialist who creates and leads SEO and Performing Arts College strategy across a variety of clients. I support business development with proposals and presentations for prospective SEO clients.

For the clients I lead, I carry out deliverable SEO work across content and technical SEO, including keyword research, SERP analysis, audits, content planning and brief creation, and on-page optimisation. I monitor necessary KPIs throughout the year and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to ensure performance is on track.

I enjoy internal cross-department collaboration and regularly meet with paid media, CRO teams and account management leads to share industry news and adapt processes and deliverables. Previously I led an SEO Content team as the most senior content member, managing a team of three, creating the new-starter SEO training programme and implementing process efficiencies.

Earlier in my career I planned, designed and analysed email marketing campaigns and managed primary school accounts across Scotland, the South West of England and parts of the Midlands. I hold a BA (Hons) in History, 2:1.
