What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or EST-based, part-time role where I can strengthen talent development, onboarding, organizational culture, and employee engagement while supporting bilingual teams through change. I bring senior-level leadership experience from Mexico (school principal; 18 years in wholesale/retail management) and I'm now applying it within the U.S. market.

I've designed and coordinated Relationship Banker and Middle Management training programs at Citibank Mexico, while recruiting and evaluating candidates for management and director-level roles.

At Truist Bank, I onboard and train new hires, support bilingual clients, and helped teammates navigate a full bank merger. I also advanced three times at The Fresh Market while training staff across departments.

As a principal and academic leader at Universidad Loyola del Pacífico, I led recruitment, faculty development, and leadership programs, helping achieve a 95% university continuation rate among graduates. Across HR, education, and operations, I bring bilingual Spanish-English communication and more than 35 years of experience building trust and supporting organizational change.
