I’m looking to lead organizational transformation where people strategy drives operational excellence—building strong leaders, strengthening culture, and implementing measurable OKRs/KPIs to improve employee experience and customer outcomes across growth.

I’m a bilingual Organizational Development and Operations leader with 16+ years partnering with executive teams to strengthen culture, develop leaders, improve operational effectiveness, and drive transformation across higher education, SaaS, and financial services. I’m known for aligning people strategy with operational excellence to deliver sustainable organizational growth.

I believe sustainable results come from developing leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and creating systems that help people perform at their best. I focus on leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and change management through clear performance structures, learning, and operating rhythms.

Most recently, as Director of Operations & Organizational Development, I partnered with CEOs and executives to redesign structures and cross-functional workflows, implement company-wide OKRs/KPIs and dashboards, and improve accountability and execution. I reduced SaaS customer implementation timelines from 6–8 months to 45–60 days and increased customer retention by 56% by developing a 3x3 Customer Success Framework. I also improved employee engagement across a fully remote workforce to 96%.

Before that, I led a 2,000+ student, 200+ employee campus as Campus President (UVM Mexico), rebuilding leadership teams, strengthening culture, and improving operational performance across academic and administrative functions. I introduced a people-centered leadership model, redesigned communication and performance review processes, and improved student outcomes—earning UVM Campus President of the Year (2023). My approach is consistent: create people-centered operating systems that make strategy real.
