I’m a bilingual HR professional with 10+ years of experience in recruitment, HR development, and soft skills training across NGOs, healthcare, engineering, consulting, education, and automotive parts distribution. I’m known for building practical HR systems that translate directly into better workforce outcomes.

In my current role as an HR Specialist, I lead full-cycle recruitment, administer E-Verify, and ensure OSHA compliance by updating safety protocols and training staff.
