What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative school role where I can use data-driven instruction, mentor teachers, deliver PD, and support measurable student growth.

I am a dedicated elementary educator with extensive experience in classroom instruction, bilingual teaching, and data-driven decision making. I consistently use assessment data from platforms like iReady, Renaissance, Amira, and Summit K-12 to inform instruction and drive student growth.

I have served as a mentor and cooperating teacher, led math teams, delivered professional development, and implemented Seidlitz 7 Steps across campuses with walkthroughs and feedback. I also created campus programs such as a community closet to support student needs and family engagement.

My background includes training and certification in multiple curricula (HMH, Heggarty, Saxon, CLI Engage), Google Educator Level 1 and 2, ESL certification, and completion of Texas Reading Academy. Prior roles in the Texas Parole Division developed my leadership, compliance monitoring, and reporting systems skills.

I bring strong classroom management, small-group differentiation, and community relationship-building abilities, and I am motivated to join a collaborative school that values evidence-based instruction and measurable student outcomes.
