I’m a Process Developer with experience improving platform policies and strengthening overall user/customer experience through actionable, on-the-ground recommendations. At Genpact, I partnered with clients to refine guidelines and drive operational efficiency.

I bring strong process improvement fundamentals, with a “Lean Certified” background and a working understanding of process improvement methodologies and operational excellence. I’m known for quickly adapting to evolving policies while maintaining consistency in quality standards and decision-making.

In my process work, I ensured accuracy and quality control, met productivity and target goals, and provided floor support when needed. I also served as a point of contact in the absence of the supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.

Before moving into process development, I worked as a Content Moderator for one of the world’s leading social media platforms, ensuring content compliance with platform policies. I was recognized with the highest accuracy score on multiple occasions and received a promotion from Process Associate to Process Developer, and I’m now looking for an opportunity to use these strengths to grow professionally.
