What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Content Moderator role where I can leverage UGC review, policy enforcement, and QA to ensure platform safety and compliance—while improving workflows, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a detail-oriented Process Associate with experience in content moderation, quality analysis, and process improvement at Genpact. I review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.

I identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content with high accuracy, conduct daily process reviews to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors, and manage high-volume queues while maintaining SLA, accuracy, and productivity targets. I handle escalations and sensitive content professionally, staying aligned to guidelines.

I also collaborate with team members and management to enhance process effectiveness and support stronger KPI monitoring using accuracy, TAT, and SLA metrics. With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, I optimize workflows to improve efficiency and maintain quality in fast-paced, 24/7 environments.
